Hi,
I try to contract the Anual Plan for Adobe Acrobat but something went wrong and im loosing my mind right now...
I use the 7 days trial and then the software charged me for the Anual Plan, but i can not use the software on any platform that i have righ now. So due to that issue that i try to solve the last 2 weeks, i decide to Cancel it but there is another issue with that. The Website keeps telling me that i dont have a plan so i can not contact with NO ONE because "i dont have plant" but I do! Even the charge its in my Debit Card.
So i need 2 solutions right now:
1. Cancel my plan because i never use the software due to YOUR software error that i can not solve.
2. Do not charge me for trying to cancel your plan because de 14 days policy since i wanst able to do anything with your program.
