I'll show you below, but one thing you do need to realize is that if you have pages with page numbers on them, these will not renumber. So you may end up having page numbers 8, 9, 10, 200, 201, 11, etc. You can renumber the whole text by selecting Bates numbering, but the original numbers will remain unless you manually remove them one by one. 

 

Let me also add here that THE BEST WAY to do this is in the application that you originally created this document. Acrobat is NOT a word processing application, nor is it a page layout application. Just keep that in mind.

 

Anyhow, to move pages around, probably the easiest way is to go into the Organize Pages Tool found in the Tools section

Once there, you can select the two pages you want to move and drag them to where you want them.
