I have downloaded, and paid for, Adobe DC Pro, but only a limited number of 'Tools' are available to me. I cannot 'organize pages' or 'combine files'. When I try to activate these features, it says that I have already downloaded Adobe DC Pro. I don't know how to activate them, can anyone help?
