Hi there, I have created an agreement in Adobe Acrobat by signing an existing document. It is now a read only document but I can't find its location. When i reopen the document from 'open recent' it says 'downloading from Adobe Sign' but I don't have the Adobe Sign App. The document is nowhere to be found in my cloud storage. Does this mean I need to purchase Adobe Sign to access this document? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
Johnny

Hi Johnny
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to find the signed agreement and when you open it from the recent tab it says downloading from Adobe Sign.
I have checked your account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and traced an individual subscription for Creative cloud all apps. With the individual account (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) you get access to individual Adobe sign account as well.
Would you mind sharing the steps you did to sign the document?
Please go to Document Cloud here https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and click on Adobe Sign Tab in the lower left hand side and under the Manage tab of Adobe Sign go to completed tab and check for the document.
For more information please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/manage-documents-sent-for-signature.html
Hope this information will help.

Hi Amal,
Thank you for your reply. You said I have Adobe Sign but I cannot find it in my app list. When I try to download it, it offers me a free 7 day trial or a purchase option. Are you sure I can download Adobe Sign and if so, how do I do it?
My agreement shows on the manage agreements section and says they are "archived". I can't find any option to delete them. I have used Adobe's customer support with screen sharing but even with him accessing my screen he wasn't able to find where the original files were. I have deleted them from my computer but they still exist in your system somewhere in an "archived" state. I would like to delete them.

Hi there
You can access Adobe Sign via Document Cloud as shared earlier. For information about deleting the archived document please check the steps shared in the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign-discussions/delete-archived-document/m-p/10466201#M10500
