Hello, I had the free trial for Adobe Pro and then got the full payment version, then I cancelled this subscription since my company have Adobe Pro for enterprises. (I paid for prompt cancellation fee). Now, when I enter to my account it says I have Pro license but I'm not able to use any feature, I cannot request for any e-signature , nor work with VBA Acrobat library, convert documents, etc. I contacted customer service and they told me my acocunt is standard even when I have the pro license in my profile and send screenshots. Another custumer executive checked again and confirmed that I have Pro license active and told me Adobe support would need to change manually my account in the system but that has not happen yet. The company is paying for a license that I'm not able to use.
I already tried to uninstall/install. The problem seems to be with my account email in your data base. I need help with this please.
