I keep getting a Buy Now Acrobat XI Pro Trial message when I attempt to open Acrobat

Even though my account shows (and I am paying for) an Acrobat Pro account. 

As a work around, I purchased a separate Acrobat Standard license and I WANT MY PRO ACCOUNT TO WORK.

How do I do that?
