I'm missing new E-Sign features

Since the release of Acrobat's update in August 2022, I still don't have all the new E-Sign features while my colleagues in the office do.

My license is "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" which is provided to me by Adobe for free as a member of the Adobe Support Community. while my colleagues in the office they have an Enterprise or Teams license.

Here is what all my colleagues are seeing in their Acrobat…

And here is what I have in my own Acrobat…

Any idea how to get the full options visible in my Acrobat? I do plenty of presentations and training on Acrobat and hate to have something different or missing.

I finally had the missing options visible and available in my Acrobat. I renewed my Adobe CC license subscription, I had to sign out, then Sign-In, and the missing options were there, so it is either the issue was solved when I had the new license, or when I signed out, then signed in! Although I do remember signing out a number of times back in October 2022 and in November.

I was hoping to get an answer from the Acrobat team to my enquiry, but it appears that there is no solution to this matter of mine.

I think I know that by terminating my free Adobe CC license and by asking my office's license to be assigned to me, only then I will get all the new features in Acrobat.
