Hi everybody, 

 

Someone can help me, i pay every month fo the formule Acrobat Pro Dc but i can't use since 2 month. 

I try to ask help about the contact client but no answer.

Each time that i try, a message tell me that i used my free test. 

It's a real s..t for my entreprise. I can't use my documents.

The best for me is to stop the paiement. Very desapointed

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear about your experience.

 

Would you mind elaborating a bit more about the issue you are experiencing with Adobe Acrobat DC? What happens when you try to use the application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Also, what is the version of the OS and the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to help menu > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

 

We are here for help, just need more information.
