Hi
I am paying the $19.99 for Acrobat Pro yet the application does now show up on my primary computer with Adobe Creative Cloud?
Is there a way to get the application to show and use on my primary computer? I can see the web version but not a local application use running Adobe Pro from Adobe Creative Cloud. It only shows the reader. I critiqued my online account looking for a hint but so far I still cannot run the application from my main computer. What else do I need to check? Please advise...
I tried this a number of months ago and paid with PayPal and just had to give up because I never remedied this issue. I am trying again.

Hope you are doing well and thank for reaching out.
Please try to install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.

Hi...
Thank you for your reply - I completed the installation and now the application will start and then briefly try to open, it will open my PDF doc view and then shut down. So, what you provided would normally be a fix, however I now believe that it is something possibly with the subscription. What else can I check now? And thank you for your reply.

I am attempting a "repair" within Control Panel and it appears that it is rewriting reg files and adding files - I will update asap. Thank you....

Hi Amal
thank you for the assist. the repair did not work and the symptom continues. The Adobe Acrobat Pro will attempt to run, open a window that shows my files, then another window attempts to open, then the app shuts down. I have the outlook.com help email and sent in a video (small video) of the symptom. Thanks for your assist.

This issue still persists and the only option is to purchase a lifetime copy from what I have been told. This would be ok if a person can spend the money. I can support a subscription however I don't have the way to purchase the app right now. I am retired and on fixed income attempting to support my community through the Board of Directors. I will look for an alternative way to support PDF's.
