I published comments, got a "Queued" message and a spinning wheel for over 20 minutes. What's up?

I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat on my computer. We regularly send out shared reviews and also contribute edits within those reviews. I publish comments one minute and there are no issues, everything works fine. Not 30 seconds later I'll try and publish comments to a shared review and either I'll get a spinning wheel that never resolves itself or Acrobat will crash. Any ideas?

Hi angelal

Hope you are doing well.

Have you started experiencing this issue immediately after installing the latest update or its been there from long?

Can you share the dot version of Adobe Acrobat and OS you have been working on?

Try the following steps and see if that helps:

1- Repair installation Open Acrobat>help>repair installation

2- Check with a different document and see if that gives the same experience.

3- For testing, Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disab

Hi Akanchha-

Sure, our team uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Continuous Release, Version 2021.005.20058 on Windows 10.

1 - Ran the repair installation. No visual results.

2 - Checked a different document and got the same experience.

3 - Followed step 3 and that seemed to make a difference. I've been able to publish multiple comments.

Thank you!
