I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC App as a monthly plan and I found it a 7 days trial plan after installation.

You need to log in from https://Acrobat.com web page.

At the top right of the screeen, you will see an circle icon to access the details of your account.

There you will find the details of your subscription, make sure it is active.

If it shows that your payment is received, you need to make sure Acrobat is using the same account.
