I see that the trial license has expired in the log files,

Hello there,
We use master collection version 6.0 in our company,
But lately acrobat X Pro won't open,
I see that the trial license has expired in the log files,
When I uninstall the programs and reinstall them by entering my license information, it says that I have 30 days in the log file.
Could you help?

I Can see my product and seri number in my products list.
