I think the software is too big, it runs slow and crushes from time to time even on my new macbook

Can you optimize the performance of this software? I mean the product is very powerful, but runs too slow and lags frequently. Even the Edge browser read pdfs much faster than this paid product.

First thing could you try updating to the latest version ( Go to Help >> Check for updates) and see if resolves the issue.

To better assist you, we request you share few details :

• OS Version
• Adobe Acrobat Version that you are using
• Is the issue specific to a file? If Yes, please share the file if possible.
