I try to save a pdf and get a blank box.

I can't get adobe acrobat to save anything.  I pull up a pdf from web and wish to save to my local drive and I get a blank box.

Do I need to reinstall?

Not so fast. First try this:

Go to Edit - Preferences - General and tick off "Show online storage when opening files" and the same when saving files.

Hi i am having the same issue but the problem was occuring even when the "Show online storage when opening files" is ticked off. For example, I saw this comment- checked my preferences and it was already ticked off, yet still happening.

what do i do?
