I want't to cancel my plan but it's been impossible. Help!

Hi from Portugal! 

I really want to close my account and cancel my plan, but it's been very difficult, there's no contact center?

In the page that I supposed would cancel my plan, the bottom is not there. 

Can you help me, please!

Hi @luisa__6971 👋

 

If the “Cancel Plan” button isn’t appearing, try these steps:

  1. Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans
    and sign in with the same Adobe ID used for your subscription.
  2. Under Plans, select Manage plan → Cancel your plan.
  3. If you still don’t see the option, try using a desktop browser in incognito/private mode or clearing cookies — sometimes the page doesn’t render properly.
  4. If the issue continues, contact Adobe Support directly via the chat option here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.
    Choose “Account and Membership” → “Cancel plan” → then “Chat with an agent.”

 

They can cancel it for you right away.
