Specifically take portions of two longer PDF reports to create a single page summary.  Application is for retail store network, 770 stores. Monthly reports produced in PDF need a single page summary for quick reference and advertising.

Thanks

In Windows with Acrobat Pro. Ctrl+Shift+T provides a new, blank page. Select desired portions of text, copy, paste to the new, blank page to create your summary page.

Thank you for your response. I need to do this for 770 reports each month so I need a way to automate the creation. All the reports I am pulling data from are formatted exactly the same way.  Is it possible to create a macro to do this?

Macro, no. Requires advanced programming by a C++ expert. But because of the volume Acrobat is likely unsuitable altogether. Maybe look for specialist data scraping tools.
