If I have an adobe liscense on a laptop at home, can I deactivate it and activate it on my desktop in my office? I work from home and from my office, I need to use adobe acrobat on both, but not simultaneously.

You don't have to deactivate it. You can have two computers activated at the same time, as long as you don't use them both at the same time.
