If I live in Colombia, can I purchase and download Acrobat DC Pro as spanish?

Good afternoon. I want to purchase Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, but it has been a nightmare. I live in Colombia and it is not possible to download directly from Adobe web site.

Hi. Thank you.

My problem is not with the language. Is about the region. In Colombia I can

not download directly: is through a dealear. A great mistake of commercial

department of Adobe, because is to much dificult and expensive.

I consider to purchase as spanish downloader. I do not know if that

solution has sucessfull. Before expend my money, I am asking for it.
