Image bleed not working

Hi

Unless I'm doing something dumb I can't seem to get an image to bleed off the page correctly.

I am creating an order of service, so A5 in size but on an A4 size paper that will then be folded.

First picture below showing bleed lines in Adobe Pro prior to printing

Second Picture below showing actual print, still with white border!  Any ideas why?
