Import a Word Form into Acrobat

Hi,

I've tried importing a Word form into Acrobat via the screenshot below but it keeps processing and not completing.

Is there another way to import a form created in Word into Adobe Acrobat, in a way that ensures the fields stay fillable and all the drop-down menus etc. still work?

I tried it also within our Cloud account but the functionality doesn't stay.

This is not possible.

You should do the opposite: export the PDF form from Word, without forgetting to check the option concerning the form fields.
