Hello--How do you import comments from one PDF to another in Acrobat DC Pro. I had another version of Adobe Professional where I was able to do that. It seems that function is missing from this version.

You will have to export your comments first, and then import them into your 2nd document. When the "Comment" pane is open on the right side, you click on the "..." item to bring up the menu, and then select the export/import functions:

Is this supposed to be an improvement over previous versions, where all you had to do was select the PDF from which to import them?

Hello GrundoonGroundhog,
We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Comments can be imported from a PDF document. You can also import comments from a Forms Data Format (FDF) file or an XFDF file, which is an XML-based FDF file. You cannot open and view FDF files or XFDF files on their own.
The above-shared screenshot is same for the latest version of Acrobat available.
