Buongiorno, avviando l'applicazione su Mac mi compare la scritta: "Impossibile verificare lo stato dell’abbonamento. Impossibile contattare i server Adobe. Probabilmente la connessione Internet è assente. Controlla la tua connessione Internet e riprova di seguito."
La connessione è presente e non si ravvisano problemi di connessione, ma comunque non riesco a risolvere il problema.

Sorry for the delay in response.
The error message share above, do you get to see this when trying to open any pdf file or when launching the app directly?
Try the following steps and see:
1- Quit Acrobat DC from Activity Monitor
2- Open the Creative Cloud desktop application, it must be installed on your system with Acrobat DC.
Sign Out of the app and Sign back In.
3- Now Open Acrobat click on the profile icon Sign out and sign back in from here too.
4- If there's any internet security software installed, please disable it for a while and then try.
5- If possible, switch the network connection to a different one, like a mobile hotspot, etc., and then try.
Does it make any difference?
