Impossibilidade de conectar a conta do Box

    Olá prezados, gostaria de relatar um erro recorrente que me está acontecendo, ao tentar conectar o meu aplicativo Adobe acrobat reader DC, com a minha conta do Drive Box, após aceitar os termos, o aplicativo Adobe não reconhece a conexão e se mantém na tela de "aguardando" conexão com o Box.

    Já tentei desinstalar e reinstalar o programa, reiniciar o computador e nada parece solucionar o erro.

Can you confirm that you can access you Box account using Windows Explorer or Finder?

I don't have the Box app installed on my desktop, I did the confirmation of sync at the web browser version. My operating system is Windows 11 Home - 22H2; last update KB5025239 (12/04/2023)
