Bonjour,

 

Par mégarde j'ai oublié de résilier mon essai gratuit de Acrobat Pro et depuis quelques semaines ils essaient de me prélever sauf que je ne pourrais pas maintenant et dans les mois à venir.

Donc j'aimerais savoir si l'abonnement allait être automatiquement résilié ou bien si je dois payer avant de pouvoir résilier ?

Depends. If you signed up for an annual contract you will need to pay a fee if you cancel it before the end of the year, but if you contact Adobe Customer Service directly they might be able to help you with that.

 

If you signed up for a monthly contract then you can cancel it at any time without paying a fee:

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
