Bonjour

impossible d'installer Adobe DC et reader alors que tout le reste (indesign, photoshop, illustrator...) sont instalés et fonctionnent.

 

j'ai lu la procedure tout est ok. pouvez vous m'aider.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once, and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps.

The 64-bit application is a unified application for Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC. If you have installed Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit and you purchase an Acrobat DC subscription, the Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit application will upgrade to become a fully functional Acrobat DC 64-bit application.

Are you using the Acrobat Reader DC application or Acrobat Pro-DC ? What happens when you try to launch the application? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Depuis la version 64 bits c'est soit Acrobat Pro soit Acrobat Reader, on ne peut plus avoir les deux en même temps.
