Impossible to launch Acrobat Reader

Hello,

I have a brand new mac, could install Creative Cloud and all applications. But the problem is that I can't launch Acrobat Reader. Tried to uninstall it but CC can't. Tried to install another time CC. Doesn't work anyway. Even with the certificates I downloaded...

Is there a problem with Ventura ?
