Impresion con caracteres raros

Buenos dias,
Tengo un excel que lo convierto en PDF i lo guardo.

Posteriormente quiero imprimir ese PDF i por la impresoa sale con caracteres raros.

Yo lo veo bien en el acrobat pero la impresion es erronea.

Adjunto captura como se ve en el visro y como se imprime.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version23.03.20284 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Also, try to print the PDF as an image and see if that works. Open the PDF > Go to Print > Advanced > Print as Image

Todos los PDF que genero desde un excel. Tanto en local como en red.

Tengo la ultima version.

Hemos probado de reparar instalacion, desisntalar del todo y volver a instalar y siempre da el mismo error.

si hacemos Imprimir como imagen funciona bien, pero comprime la imagen i no queda bien encuadrada, es como si no respetara bien los margenes.
