Bonjour, lorsque j'imrpime des documents PDF Adobe Reader, certains s'impriment bien et d'autres ne s'imprime pas et des pages blanches sortent. J'ai contacté Canon, la marque mon imprimante, nous avons désinstaller et réinstaller l'imprimante mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Canon m'a dit de contacter Adobe. Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Sébastien

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out.
My suggestion would have been to update the printer drivers. Since you have already contacted Canon, you have limited my options.
Let's try following, and please keep us updated on what happens.

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.
If you have tried all the suggestions shared above, and the PDF is still printing blank, but is working fine when printing from any web browser. Have you tried the suggestions from this article: https://adobe.ly/3Z6zdqm
Try printing the PDF as an Image:
Open your PDF in Adobe Reader.
Go to File > Print.
Click on the Advanced button.
Check the box for Print As Image.
Click OK, then proceed to print.
If you've tried all the above steps and the problem persists, it might be helpful to provide a sample PDF file that exhibits the issue. This would allow for a more in-depth analysis to determine the root cause. Share a sample PDF file, the current version of Acrobat Reader installed, the make and model of the Canon printer, and the driver version. Collect the logs from the machine and share them with us for further investigation.
