Incorrect character set

Hello,

some of the characters are displayed incorrectly in some documents. The latest version of Reader DC is installed on the PC. The same document opened on another PC with the same version of Reader, will display fine. Where could be the problem.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, some of the characters do not display in the document. The same document opens fine on another machine. It may be a font-specific issue. However, we cannot confirm without checking the document.

Please check if all the fonts are embedded in the PDF. Open the PDF and go to File > Properties > Fonts.

 

Would it be possible to share the PDF with us and check it on our end?

Also, share the Reader and OS version installed on the machine.

I am sorry, I can't  share any document. OS version is Windows 10 Profesional.

If I don't have all the fonts installed, how can I proceed? I must instal fonts to windows?
