Incorrect Measurements

Hello, My plans measurements are 1/4"=1'-0". However, when I change my scale ratio to .125in=1ft and use the measurement tool it will only come up in cm. I've tried multiple times closing out my adobe, and redoing the measurements but it is not working. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing where I need to change this? I've been using this for months and have had zero issues until now.
