Indesign & Acrobat Pro created Interactive PDFs losing hyperlinks

Hello Adobe Support & creative folks,

I'm having problems creating an interative PDF and getting it to work as needed - I've created a PDF in Indesign for my client which includes pricing tables with blank fields and hyperlinks to webpages and bookmarks within the same PDF. I have saved it as an Interative PDF, so that my client can open it in a PDF Reader and fill in the price fields, save it and send an unditable copy to their customers. The file opens and can be filled in and saved - all good so far. The issue is, when the saved copy of the now filled-in PDF is opened for viewing as the client's customers would, all the prices are there and uneditable, good-times! but all the hyperlinks are now gone - sad-times 😞 How do I preverse the hyperlink interativity but lock the filled-in fields data when the PDF is viewed in a reader? (the client and their customers do not have PDF editors). MUCH thanks for any help as my deadline looms.
