Insert and edit text: Keyboard does not respond

Recently, I can no longer edit or insert texts.

I open a document where I could always do that before, now it doesn't work anymore.

I have already tried a reinstallation, once it worked then, but not in the long run.

Does anyone else know this issue?

- Current Acrobat version: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2021.011.20039

- OS version Windows 10 Home Version 21H1

- Is issue reproducible only with this particular PDF ? no, it affects all pdf. pdf are created with adobe product or office plugin. All are affected.

Please find attached now a pdf created with Adobe Indesign and normally used with Adobe Acrobat to insert text. Until somehow December this was working, now with the shown effect no longer working.
