Insert new page at front of PDDF

I have a long PDF whcih is a book I wrote. I want to be able to insert a new page at the front then insert an image into the new page. How do I do that?

Hello,

If you have Acrobat Pro DC you can create a Acrobat Action to insert a blank page (found under Pages on the left) and Add Image (found under Content on the left).
