Install 2015 version of Abode Acrobat Pro

We have a perpetual license for a 2015 version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and are trying to load it on a Windows 10 operating system.  The program will not accept the license number.  Can anyone help.

Hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble. What happens when you try to load the Acrobat 2015 application using the license number? Do you get any error message, if yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding

Also, Acrobat 2015 is an EOL application, for more info. please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-2015-reader-2015.html
