Setting up new MacBook Pro, bought an expensive adobe software download card. Set up account on Adobe, typed in code, verified, and downloaded. Tried to open to finish instal and got error message: "You can’t open the application “Acrobat_2015_Web_WWMUI(STD).exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS." Latest Windows/Office suite is installed. Now what?

The .exe file is for Windows.

Download the Mac version (.dmg file) from

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Install then enter your serial number.

Hello Thanks for helping. I have the same problem but didn't buy my copy online. I bought an acrobat pro download card from a store. Went to setup site. Redeemed serial number. Clicked on download link it supplied, but the file downloads as .exe instead of dmg and hence won't open in my Mac Mini M2. I have already paid for the Acrobat Pro when buying the card which is clearly marked as macOS version. Going to any download site from Acrobat is asking me to purchase again before proceeding. How do I get the card version I paid ALOT of money for already to download as dmg for my Mac? Thanks again.
