Je viens d installer Acrobat sur mon nouveau PC.
Maintenant un écran me demande de signer dans mon compte Adobe mais mouline sans cesse et je ne peux pas signer
Mon systeme est en anglais donc je suis dirigée vers adobe,com,,,
Puis-je valider depuis mon compte francais ?

I'm afraid that you probably can't validate it from any account.
Adobe ended support for Acrobat 2017 in mid-2022. Closed down the authorizing servers, which effectively prohibits any new installs. I'm afraid your options are either to subscribe to an Acrobat DC subscription, or buy a renewable 3-year license for the latest version of Acrobat DC.
