INSTALLATION ERROR, CAN'T GET INSTALLED

I have Webroot, and disconnected its security so Adobe could install my Online Services product (just bought 4/2/23).  However, that was not successful, and nothing I see in Adobe to help...helps!  Are there any similar actions or probs out there?  With what GOOD results?  I would like to CANCEL my subscription, but can't even find out how to do that!

@karless_for_RAS ,

When you say "Disconnecting the security" is a very ample statement.

Please be more specific, like,for example, which versiom of Webroot are you using: Home? Business?

And in which operating system are you on?

Anti-virus solutions like Webroot are very extensive, for instance, did you check if the firewall rules are still modified after you deactivate the antivirus?

If you uninstalled Webroot completely, did you checked if some of Adobe services were blocked or quarantined?

And the same would apply to if you check the end-point services, proxy configurations and DNS settings.

In any case, you should seek support directly from Webroot:  https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home as this is not directly related to Adobe Acrobat.

If you've purchased Adobe Acrobat directly from Adobe, to cancel your subscription you may use the instructions from the links below:
