Installation with Key

My work purchased Adobe for both my pc and mac laptops. The first installation was on the Mac, which worked fine. The second installation, on the pc, says the key is not valid.

Would you mind checking if you have the correct installer downloaded on a Windows computer? Also, please share the screenshot of the dialog on the windows machine.

I assume this is a purchase of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, is that correct? Were two different licenses paid for, one for Mac and one for Windows? Or are you trying to install one license on both machines?

Ok, that won't work. Acrobat Pro 2020 is sold either for Windows or for Mac, so you need two licenses to install on your two machines. (By contrast, the subscription Acrobat DC can be freely switched between Windows and Mac, and can be installed on one of each for the same person).
