Deleted Windows\Temp folder and %temp% folder cached files
Deleted Registry about HKLM\Software\Adobe / HKCU\Software\Adobe
Deleted Program x86\ Adobe folder and reinstalled
Exported a registry from a working PC and imported in it
Run Adobe clean exe
Reinstalled different version eg 2019.XXX.XXX / 2020.XXX.XXX
Tried to open in other user profile
Run as administrator
Run as compatibility mode

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble
As the application is not working and you have tried all the troubleshooting steps as mentioned above, please run the cleaner tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html) to remove both the application and reboot the machine.
Then install only the Acrobat Pro DC from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
and try to launch it. Do not install Reader DC.
Let us know how it goes.
If the issue persists then please share the following information:
- Is it your personal machine or the work machine?
- Is there any antivirus installed on the machine?
- Did you install the application for the first time? Or it was already installed and the issue started occurring recently?
- Did you make any recent changes to the machine?
We will be waiting for your response.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hey!
Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps performed.
It seems that you have done a lot to make it work. However, it didn't make any difference.
Is it a work computer or personal one? If its managed by you IT team, then you must get it checked with them.
Use this cleaner tool to remove the application and its traces: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Once done with cleaning, reboot your computer and reinstall Acrobat DC: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html
Still no luck? Create a Hidden Admin account https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-security/how-to-enable-the-hidden-admin...
and try launching the Acrobat in that.
Thanks,
Akanchha
