IntelliPDF or Acrobat 9?

In our business we have always used IntelliPDF for our numbering needs. It has all the features our print shop needs like Increment Control and file generation for later editing. 

Recently our computer was accidentally upgraded and now this program does not work. I cannot find an equivalent alternative to this program, so I need to find Acrobat 9 for my numbering to work properly. Where can I download Acrobat 9 so I may reinstall IntelliPDF?
