Interactive PDF not allow upload image

Hi, I have created an interactive PDF for our clients which is accessible through our website. The PDF allows me to add an image when I use it on my desktop but when it is hung on the website it wont allow anyone, not even me, to upload an image??? The field remains blank and there is nothing when you click on the mouse.
Is this just not doable?

Is that because it cant? Sorry I am a bit confused. The form is on our website so our clients around the country can access, it has to open in the browser.

Web browsers uses their own PDF viewer. Not all PDF viewers supports this feature.
