When i'm designing my Presentation on indesign (last version), I export an interactive PDF. Before, when flash payer was there, their is no problem when I read my pdf. But now, I just start the pdf on acrobat pro, and after reading the first video, no matter if it's one video or more, the pdf stop. I have to restart. I tested a lot of way : different file and video format, I test whith 15 to 26s image as a PDF option, but nothing more.... I saw a solution, come back to acrobat 2017, but i don't have anymore the licence, so I don't know how, right now, make a Interactive pdf available for acrobat pro.... since Flash reader stop, it's the mess..... thanks to community. InDesign is not an interactive PDFs creation tool.
You should use Acrobat Pro instead.

I'm not agree. Since indesign put his first option interactive soms years ago, this soft was able to do intercative pdf. So only acrobat pto, there is no sense. Acrobat is not a soft to create. Acrobat must read without problem and this is no the case actually.

The PDF file format doesn't handle audio/video or interactive presentations very well. I expect that will improve in the future, but unfortunately the interactive features are not very functional today.
Flash is no longer supported by the entire computer industry, including Adobe which owns the Flash format. So even if you could build a Flash Player for your presentation, most computers couldn't process it today. It would fail.
Look into interactive EPUB from InDesign. It's based on HTML, which makes it work across nearly all technologies.

InDesign is the best tool for creating the layout of your form.
But it's easier to add the form fields, videos, etc. using Acrobat Pro.
Acrobat Reader is just a PDF reader, but Acrobat Pro is not.
