Interactive pdf

Hi,

My questions are as follows:
What typo of Adobe application I need to create/read a file in interactive PDF format ?

 So, which Adobe plan is best suited for interactive PDF and if my current plan (Pro) needs an additional license to add this feature (for example Crative Cloud)

If I share the document once I have worked with the interactive application can I share it with my colleagues or do they need a license to access my interactive documents?

Hi,

The application you need it Adobe Acrobat DC - acrobat DC link on Adobe.com 

And your users would require the free Adobe Reader DC ( although this can be subject to certain conditions depending on what features you include in your PDF)
