invisible signatures

I sent docs for ESignatures and have notice they were signed, but signatures are invisible, how can I change them to visible

Hi Mary Anns,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you have created the form with signature field on it, you can change signature properties by opening the form in Acrobat > tools > prepare form,  right-click signature field > properties > common properties > form field > visible.

I am having a similar issue, but it does not occur on every document that is sent for signature. Why do some return documents return an "invisible" signature when the form was created with "visible" selected in the Text Field Properties (Form Field: Visible)?

Check signatures by looking at the signature panel. This is important as anything else can be a fake.
