Where can I find the invoice for each month of my adobe creative cloud subscription? I need them for VAT-repporting. Only able to find the first one. Could I suggest sending the invoice (in legal form) on the monthly e-mail with subscription payment confirmation e-mail ? It would simplify my world at least.

I just noticed this when my accountant is now asking for the invoices. I checked and I got my last one is Nov. -16. Adobe, please send invoices by mail as you used to do, how hard can it be?

Adobe chat guy just told me I can get a "payment confirmation" automatically sent each month, but not an "invoice".
I'm going to use this to send to our accounting dept. On my account, contacting through email was not provisioned, but he enabled it and said I should now receive these emails.

It has been almost 4 years since the original post and they still haven't "fixed" this. Stop wasting our time and sent us the invoices. If greed and monthly cancellations are the problem, at least make this option available to businesses. It is not that hard.

Still can't get invoices sent to account holder's email on a monthly basis like every other company on the Internet does.
I don't think anyone at Adobe that has any power to do anything actually reads this forum. It seems to be just for people to complain and Adobe flunkies to post boiler-plate responses.

Yes, we all know Adobe Creative Cloud invoices are not available by email. It's obviously technically possible. The question is why won't Adobe send them out by email?

I'd just like to chime in and say that I also this it's BS that this feature is not available. It would be a huge help to me and my team if we did not have to go into our accounts manually once a month simply to press the print button. I would much prefer to receive the invoices in my email, and auto-forward them to the accounting department. If security is such a concern, give me the option to turn it off, and force me to sign a waiver and confirm I accept the risks when I turn it back on. I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I also want Adobe to send me an e-mail every month with the invoice attached.
I then can forward it to my accountant. It's a pain to manually download the invoice every month and then compose an email manually.

Seriously Adobe, get a fix on this! Send invoices via email each month! It’s annoying as shit!

Adobe, I must say that this is a bit of a killer criteria for actually buying products at Adobe. I will now look for other options to limit transaction costs if feasible.

Not only is this insane that this STILL is not implemented in 2018 - but the amount of steps (count them - 10 steps) in order to retrieve a VAT invoice is plain crazy. Give us an Email option. I have already made numerous Wish/ Requests for this. I suggest you do too (hopefully strength in numbers?)

Hey everyone, please go vote on this Feature Request. We need the ability to send monthly invoices by email SO BADLY! I'm sick of the 10 step process to submit my invoices every month!

Adobe *EMAILED* a notice saying the credit card number on file for Creative Cloud had expired.
Meanwhile, somehow it is "impossible" to email the monthly Creative Cloud invoice.
Please explain.

Yeah, I need this too. It is so annoying.

I suspect the real reason they don't send monthly invoices is because a lot of people sign up for their plans to get access to some particular product(s) for a limited amount of time (say 2 months), and planned to unsubscribe once their project is finish. Adobe is counting on a lot of such people to forget to unsubscribe, and Adobe is not about to remind them with monthly invoices that they're still be charged.

This is absolutely my suspicion too.
But as a business owner that needs to have the paperwork, it is incredibly infuriating.
Adobe used to make life easier. Now.. I don't know.

Totally agree with others that this would be SUPER HELPFUL. I have automatic emails from tons of other tools which makes doing expenses way faster, then I always hit the wall with Adobe and have to go log in and find it.. 8 clicks too many. Get with the times.

I'm the IT administrator for my company, I need to be able to purchase licenses and accounting need access to the billing. The fact that there can only be a single contract owner which controls both is infuriating as I'm not going to go into the accounts dept every time I need to provision a license.

It is now 2020 and I still can't see all my invoices nor can I get them emailed to me. Has this been fixed or not?
