Irregular letter positions when printing pdf

When I print a pdf file with presentation slides (converted ppt), the text (mostly headings) jumps chaotically. Letters are overlapping each other and there are spacings were they're not meant to be. 

I attached a photo of the printed slide and the one I see on Acrobat.

It's possible your pdf contains unembedded fonts. Go to File> Properties> Fonts, all listed fonts should say embedded or subset, if they don't, go to Tools> Print Production> Preflight> Fixups, run the fixup shown in the screenshot below, save.
