Is anyone else having trouble editing pdfs on a Mac after purging adobe dc pro?

It keeps telling me I have to download the app but when I go to the cloud it tells me its up to date and I wont allow me to edit pdfs.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to edit the PDF and getting the error to download the app.

 

Please make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and not the Acrobat Reader DC application (Freeware).

Please logout of the application and reboot the machine and login to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application using the same Adobe ID and password and check.
