is it possible to add a link to a specific location in a page in Acrobat?

I need to create internal link from a Table of Contents to specific locations in a 299 page pdf.

I know who to create links to a page, but some pages are going to need 2 or 3 links to different sections of each page.

Is this possible?

Yes. Use the "Go to a page view" action, then browse to the location you want to link to, and click "Set Link" in the floating window that appears. You can even use that same command for other PDF files, or ones that attached to the main file.
