Is it possible to batch making custom stamps?

New Here ,

I have reports (12 - 40 pages) that I need to place on architectural sized pages.  I am able to get (depending on the sheet size) nine to 12 stamps per sheet.

I currently do it one page at a time. I would like to create them all at once or (better yet) create a single stamp with all the pages.

Please explain in more detail. What is a "Report" stamp?

But the answer is probably Yes, you can probably create a single dynamic stamp that will fulfill your needs. And you can automate stamp placement. I've created tools for this many, many times.

Watch the videos on this web page to get and idea of what you can do with a stamp:

Hi Thom,

I will be sure to look at the video in a minute or two. But, first, here is what I do now:

1. Open an architectural sheet. The size varies – 24”x36”, 30x42, 30x48 are examples.

2. Then I open a PDF document (always 8.5x11)

3. I made custom print options that give me the reports of different sizes depending on the sheet size.

  • I figured out the dimensions that each page of the report needed to be to optimize placement on a page and still be legible.

4. Then, finally, I use the report in the reduced format to create a stamp (page-by-page) that I then place on the architectural sheet.

I hope that clarifies the process somewhat. Let me know if you would like to see samples of each.

So Yes, you can have both things, one or more dynamic stamps that will be all things, and an automation tool that will place the stamps on the sheet in the correct size.

This is exactly the type of think I do.  Check the web page at the link I gave you to contact me.
