Is metadata accessible if I remove it from properties

I have removed metadata from document properties from my PDF document as below:

Now I wonder this is all I need to assure that data is not accessible anymore?

In fact, if I remove this from a PDF, can it be still visible in other tabs or somewhere else in PDF that I might not be aware of!? 

How can I make sure that it is safe and no one can have access to them?

If you want to be sure that metadata is not accessible anymore you must use the Redact tools: Sanitize document.
